Terms of Service

By accessing or using LeftOffers (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

LeftOffers is a marketplace platform that connects buyers of electronic components with verified suppliers. The Platform facilitates discovery, communication, and transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or fulfill orders directly; we provide the infrastructure for third-party sellers to list and sell components.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not create an account if you are under 18 years of age or if you have been previously banned from the Platform. You must not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.

Sellers who list components on the Platform agree to provide accurate and complete product information, maintain valid inventory data, and fulfill orders in accordance with their commitments. Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations, shipping, and compliance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove seller accounts that violate these Terms or that present a risk to buyers or the Platform.

Buyers using the Platform agree to conduct themselves in good faith when communicating with sellers and placing orders. You acknowledge that transactions are between you and the seller; LeftOffers is not a party to such transactions except as the platform provider.

The Platform, including its design, software, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by LeftOffers and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR LEGALITY OF ITEMS LISTED BY SELLERS OR FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEFTOFFERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeftOffers, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
